Anita Erőss, as the lead researcher, has won a science popularization grant titled “From the Danube to Thermal Waters – Budapest, the Capital of Waters” from the National Research, Development and Innovation Office’s Scientific Patronage program. The project aims to showcase the richness of Budapest’s surface- and groundwater resources to the general public, especially elementary and high school students, through short films, social media content, and podcasts.
The additional goal of the content created within the project is to highlight the importance of the city’s water resources and their sustainable use. This initiative is particularly important for younger generations, who will get to know Budapest’s natural treasures in a spectacular way.
